It all started when I supposedly "won" a free photo shoot. So on taking the prize up, I had the shoot done. After the shoot I was informed that this was going to cost me a small fortune, even just to get the pictures of my fam, ily from the shoot in my possesion, this came at a cost. I am then informed after 2 weeks when its time to view the photos that they were lost off the server and they required me to come in again and attempt this for the second time. I was also advised that I would be offered some form of compensation for the event arising. So I go for the second shoot and when it comes to orders, I am insisted on ordering the frame that costs over R5k in order to get the cd of photos for free. I negotiate on this, and forfeit my free gift frame, in order to purchase a framed photo for R3499.00 and recieve the cd for free- keeping in mind this was a prize that I won... a prize I had to pay for! Then I pay the FULL amount, on 21 Dec 2012, and I receive the cd. I am not contacted or asked on the details of the frame I have now paid for or advised when I will receive it. I follow up in Mid Jan 2013 and ask whats happeneiong? Oh I am told, we do need to confirm such details. I cal
