I subscribe for newspaper but nothing delivered

I subscribe for City Press and Sunday Sun comes with electronic photo frame with Xolani Mhlophe from media24 on the 15/05/2013 until to date i haven't received even a single paper ot the photo frame, i sent emails i do not get any responds and i keep on buying papers from my own pocket meanwhile i got contract with Media24 to deliver my papers, this is so frustrating, i need to know when am i getting my papers and photo frame
