Poor service

On sunday the 30th of june i went to cna in tygervalley centre to take hold of their samsung tablet promotoin when opening a new edgars account. The service at CNA was excellent. They told me the device would be delivered on wednesday the 3de of july.i went to cna at about 5 o clock the wednesday to find out whats happening so they phoned to find out and were told that they could not find tyger valley delivery. They explained and spelled the street names and at which shop it must be deliverd. Again on thursday they did not pitch up and said again they could not find the centre, but were also suppose to phone me to find out.i decided to cancel my account at edgars which is also a headache because they put the purchace on the account and i havent signed anything yet.
