At 16h45 on Sunday 26th January, Edgars call centre phoned my husband to ask him whether he would like to receive his account information electronically. As this is not an emergency but something that could wait should be done during the week and not after hours on a Sunday. This is completely unacceptable and insensitive on the part of Edgars, something I find MOST offensive. Sunday is for many people a day of rest and not just another business day.
