Wow... I still can't believe it... It's been an entire year of not receiving anything from CLICKS. Is your database so big that one person like me has been completely eradicated?
I have NOT received the following
- statements, balances, brochures, catalogues, list of activity using clicks club-card, no list of accumulated points, no indication whether I'm entitled to a gold card...
NOTHING... NADA...
Do you NOT care at all about your customers? I should NOT have to resort to complaining!
