Moth and lid lining in coffe

I recently purchased two bottle of Jacobs Kronung coffee. In the one bottle I was greeted by a dead moth in between the granules as it was recently opened and stored in the fridge I am certain that it was present before it was open. I then opened the second bottle, after three days the lining that is secured in the lid to keep the coffee fresh and sealed started to disintegrate in to the coffee. I simply feel that for the price one pays a certain level of quality is expected and the products purchased do not meet this standard.
