Begging for service for 4 hours

After I struggled with the service to get my card FICA I took my daughter to do the same. We went Thursday 30 May to Edgars in the Waterfall mall at 09:00 am, we stood in the que at customer service and when we got helped a woman with the name Patricia was very help full, she said we needed our water and electricity account again, so we asked for the fax address. Patricia told us to wait by Boaitumelo. Boaitumelo was busy on the phone and told us to wait, we then decided to finish our shopping while the fax came through. When we returned she was still on the phone and told us to wait, although I do not understand the language I highly suspect it was a private call, after a long wait we finally received fax, we went to find Patricia and asked Onnelle, that wasn't busy but talking to a colluege, Onnelle said that Patricia took lunch and that we should go stand in the que again. I told her I already stood in the que and was late for my appointment. She continued her conversation. I asked her name, I told her I want to complain about her, she then proceeded to cover her name tag and run away, I ran after her and tried to take her hand away in order to see her name, this would be on the
