To whom this may concern
This morning (16/04/2013 ) @ 06:00, I stopped at the N1 Stop Winelands in Cape Town to fill Up my tank. I deceided to pay inside and also get a Wimpy coffey. When I got to the till, I stood there for about a minute to get help, I asked for help. When this person turned around and asked me to wait, they are busy with cash up and shift change. I walked away and did not want to re-act to the bad service I just received. 5 min later I returned to try again to pay the petrol. I said that I could understand that, if I have to stand in a line to get service, but to be infront of a counter and being told that I have to wait. Now that is not right... The " manager " told me I MUST understand that they are busy with cash up and must wait. I told him that it is bad customer service to tell a customer to wait, and even to say to the customer that he is unreasonable. I payed and walked out saying, this will not be last that you will be hearing from me.
And that is why I'm complaining about the bad service.
Hope you can do something about the bad services at that store.
