My husband purchased a Veet ultimate bikini 5 in 1 trimmer for me Feb 2011, after 6 months the charger of the shaver did not work anymore. I took the product with the slip, box and all accessories to Clicks Amanzimtoti. They refused to send it in for repairs or to exchange the product because the supplier of Veet products in SA does not honour the guarentee to Clicks and therefore the guarentee is useless because both the supplier and the seller refuse to honour it. So now i am stuck wih a product i cannot use, my useless guarentee is running out after months of struggling with trying to get the right person to speak to.
