As per my complaint posted on 12:16:23 | Tue 29 Jan 13, i got a call from Thandi confirming that they will be paying my cell phone bill since it was not my problem that their call centre agent did not give me enough information. She requested me to email my itemised bill to her and also posted a fax number for my itemised billing. sent the email 5 times and it kept returning and finally got a call on the 05th Feb from some lady who promised to get Thandi to call me back to resolve this, still waiting.

The thing is the new agent that called me on Tuesday told me Multichoice does not compensate for their own mistakes and I should just forget it. I mentioned my agreement with Thandi to her and just promised to get her to call me back.

I with someone can just explain to me who knows the rules or policies. You cannot have different people working in the same company and department following different policies.

Or maybe they are just hoping one will just loose interest and take the same bad service next time
