I have sent money to my sister via the mobile money programme Pick n Pay now has for convenience. My sister is unable to withdraw the money because she forgot has forgotten her pin number. If I request my money back from Pick n pay they say It will take 7days?? Why is my sister unable to change her pin?? This is really abnormal and the employees DO NOT KNOW how this programme works. Can someone who knows this programme contact me.
