I tried to open an account but after waiting about an hour in their shop I gave up.
I felt very sorry for the staff as they just could not get through to finalize my application. I left and went for a walk and on my return was told that the accounts lady wanted to speak to me. What for I do not know but anyway. So the poor lady tried again to get an answer and they just did not answer. One would think that they would be expecting the call.
I sent an email from work about my experience. A lady replied, apologized and said that she would forward my mail to accounts. That was 3 weeks ago and still no joy. I have no words to describe this service.
