Poor service Levels

After waiting 2 months for our deposit to be paid back from Maxprop, I eventually called the agent that I dealt with. She in turn gave my husband a roundabout answer and millions of excuses as to why it has take n the agency 2 months to pay back our deposit. When i spoke to the accounts lady she said no paperwork has reached her. Again we waited another 2 weeks and still no feedback from the agent or the accounts department. When i called to follow up I asked to speak to the lady that deals with the accounts. Before I even explained why I am calling she said she cant explain the process to me again and already spoke to my husband. I asked her why this is taking so long as I have spoken to her before... She says I am a and she refused to transfer me to her manager. Who on earth in this day and age speaks like that to a client? This is unacceptable.
