On 13 March 2013 I bought a pair of shoes at Rage in Canalwalk. When I got home there were 2 right feet in the box. I contacted them and they said I have to come in to change the shoes as they don't do inter shop exchanges. I told them that is not my problem and that I won't and can't come in to the store again as I am living in Stellenbosch. After a week I haven't heard from them and went to Rage in Somerset Maal. They said that they can't phone them or give me a number because the only way they have contact with each other is by internet. They contacted Canalwalk but they said they were busy with my case. After another week or so I haven't heard from them and went to Stellenbosch and there the lady gave me Headquarters number, 0116086800 extention 9. I explained to the lady what my problem was and she told me they don't do inter shop change. She was bad tempered and said she would see what she can do. Since then I haven't heard a word from them. I would like to solve the problem now. I buy regularly from Rage and don't want bad vibes keeping me from shopping there. The shoes were R293.00. I would like to have the same pair of shoes.
