Beware of Hi-Fi Corporation

We opened an account at Hi-Fi Corporation 2 Jan 2013. It took them about 3 hours to help us with paper work, just before we could finally sign and go they bulled us into taking all the extras like extended warranty.
We asked Merriena when the first premium will be deducted she said 25 Feb 2013 as we chose 25 of each month. 2 week later someone phones us and says they lose our banking details, debit date and we should give it again. That was a bit unsure so I phone them just to make sure, after several attempts in getting to finance department. I told them about the call and they said they have the details but head office had not received it yet, so I was transferred from one person to the other. Finally got someone that helped me got banking details sorted, then I confirmed debit day and she said oh no it's the 1 Feb. I said no it's for 25. She said okay well then the first debit will be 25 Jan 2013. I've been trying for a week now to get assistance and answers nobody can assist or give answers. What do I do now???
