STILL AWAITING REFUND!!

I put in a complaint a month ago regarding a refund. Up to date I have not received my money back. I phone customer care, leave my number, yet no one contacts me. Just now (02/07/2013 - 09h51)
I receive a call from an arrogant lady called "Innapulape". I had left a message with my number this morning just past 08h00, only now someone has come back to me??? I really don't understand where the people get their training from. How can you treat a customer like this??? I am sick and tired to phone around to get an update from people. The Regional Manager never answers his phone, and the stories he tells me are totally different than what another person at the JDG Refunds department is telling me. When is this going to be resolved??? How much airtime must I still waste??? This is totally unacceptable. PLEASE CAN
I JUST KNOW WHAT THE IS GOING ON!!! After a year's waiting period, I think I have got the full right to be PRETTY UPSET!!!
