I ordered a gas stove, tables and tents frorm them -( from their Benoni branch) I paid cash for these items and they said delivery will be in two weeks. I waited for the order for over two months and everytime I call they are telling me deferent stories about their truck from Durban. I have cancelled the order and I have been asking for my money back, its now been 3 weeks asking for my money back and the order is still not yet delivered after 3 months. Now the story is about the lady who needs to make the refund. I called last week and they said she was in a meeting, when i call again they say she is in church, when i call in the morning at 10am they say she is not in, when i call back they say she is busy- i called again at 11am they say she just left the office. Everytime when i call i dont get hold of this person or a manager, l leave messages for them to call me back but never called back. Today i just called and they said the person who does refunds is sick. This has been going on for 3 weeks. I have contacted a lawyer just to get my money back cause I wanted to start a business. Boss Tents BIG TIME!!!
