I purchased a Sterling Silver Necklace & Cross Pendant via Bid or Buy from Flints in Hermanus as a Christmas gift for my fiance'. He had it on for about 6 hours on Christmas Day only to discover that it had turned Pitch Black. I have photo proof of it turning black. It was supposed to be Sterling Silver, yet it has turned black!! I contacted the Seller via Bid or Buy about this issue only to have an incredibly rude response from him telling me that I am one of a thousand people that complain about there quality of goods & I should never purchase anything from them again & that I have absolutely no idea what I am talking about. I would like to return the chain & pendant for a refund but am having no joy in doing so. Please could you assist me as to what I can do & what procedure to follow?
