Bad service/Bad attitude/No stock-need I say more?

I bought a Dolphin mop at Homemark Somerset Mall @ R200. A few days later the mop's handle cracked (not due to negligence). I took the mop back to exchange, which Ralton did (without requesting proof of purchase). The second mop broke too, which I tried taking back (again without proof of purchase being requested), but their warehouse has been out of stock since I went back with the second mop. Another employee, Gaynor helped me in the meantime, trying to follow up on the progress, but no luck. I've phoned numerous times and visited the shop to find out if they've gotten stock, but yesterday was the last straw, I went back to the store to demand my money back. Unfortunately I've lost the slip in the meantime, and even though Ralton remembers me, he refused to oblige. His attitude was so unbelievably pathetic, acting as if I've got no reason to behave like an unhappy customer, in fact he was playing with one of the other items they sell in the shop while I was there. He pretty much ignored me after he refused to give my money back. The closest he got to being helpful was offering a R200 voucher or taking a different item to the value of R200, but I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
