I purchased a H2O steamer mop from Homemark early in 2013, but only after the sales person and the shop manager assured us many times that all additional brushes etc will be available to purchase from them.
I placed an order to replace the small metal brushes in June 2013, and the sales person took down my name and promised me that the stock should be there in a week or two. Almost a month later I went in to the shop, only to hear that they still have not received stock. For almost 6 months I have been trying to order the stock from them, but to no avail. This is unacceptable, as I cannot use my steamer to its full capacity.
