On Sunday 30 June 2013 me, my wife, en two kids went to one of your stores in Potchefstroom to do our weekly groceries as we normally do because I work long hours and after hours as a pharmacist and only have limited time to do shopping. We arrived in the store at - 13h20 and started going through the shelves. When we get to the last shelve - 13h55 a bearded man stood at the end of the shelved starring at my wife in a very uncomfortable manner. When she looked up at him he said in a very rude, frustrated, voice that we are the only people in the store and that they are waiting just for us. Was it not for my limited time I would have pushed the trolley to him and told him to shove his trolley and groceries up his!!! The best of all on our way to the till, we see at least 5 groups of people also doing their last grocery items. Even though we did only R707.15 worth of shopping, we are loyal customers and this totally contradicts what Pick n Pay stands for. It is because of that that we decided not to do business with someone with that type of attitude. If one of my staff members in my pharmacy treats one of my customers like that, it would lead to a very prompt dissiplinary action
