Went to pick n pay lifestyle to go do grocery shopping for our Christmas lunch. Not only did the staff seem very unhelpful standing in the aisles talking to their friends, but they actually blocked the aisles to the customers, in such a manner that you had to turn around your trolley and go down a different aisle. This happened around ten times, meaning that I was unable to find the items that I was looking for at the time. Slightly frustrated, I went to pay, and once again a Pick n Pay staff member decided to block my way to the till and jump the line to push in in front of me. Not only is this terrible customer service, but I also find it rude and unwelcoming. I have decided to rather go to Woolworths, where I get helpful and friendly service from the staff members, and great quality. What a bad experience before christmas!
