On 30 June 2013 I had visit this store in Upington after I phone from Kathu and ask if there are any walking rings for babies available in store. The answer was yes. When I enter the store I ask for the floor person where can I found the walking rings for babies. She take me to the shelf where about 6 on the shelf and 1 on the floor.
When I spot one the lady tell me I can't buy that one because this is already sold. I ask for another one and she tell me all of that is already sold. The customers will come and pay tomorrow for that and I can see the first one I ask for are already tag with a name. I ask for the one on the floor and she tell me this one is the box of the display one. I told her this box is full and I buy this and walk to the cashiers where the girl came and shout for all cashiers and in front of other customers that they mustn't take my money. The personnel had start argue with me louder and louder in front of other customers. At the end the store man told me to stop argue with a loud noise and told me he will try to help me and my attitude stinks. At end of the day after about a hour in store with a walking ring and very upset and humiliated. Not acceptable!!!
