I must say that I am the happiest person alive today, if it hadn't been for the service I received from Capitec yesterday I don't know what I would of done. I would like to send a huge thank you to Patrick Seleka who went the extra mile for me (I even had tears of joy yesterday) and showed what real service is based on. We need more people like him to show the servicing industry on how to work with customers. I am as well in the client servicing industry and know for a fact that in order to have that great service delivered you have to have a passion for what you are doing. Patrick deserves to one day be in management and share the skills he has. Not to forget Sbusiso the Branch manager who as well came through with a biiiig smile who made me feel right at home. I am proud to have changed banks I now know that I am going to be handled with care and be honoured just as I was with these two honourable gentlemen. Thank you Capitec. Keep up the magnificent work.
