Packet since 16.12.2012 in Country not delivered

My packet
Chinese tracking # RA466781609CN
and SA tracking # RI268235279ZA
is since the 16.12. @ the branch.
When I call 011 961 6031 to follow-up, they don't listen what I want and put me through to Sbusiso, a Supervisor in the center who hangs-up on me.
It happened like that on 9.1.2013 14:23 and 28.1.2013 15:32.
All I want is my goods I payed for.
