@ Home incapacitated Sales Manage

My wife bought a dinner set and she was told by the cashier to sign the slip. When she got home she noticed that some of the goods were chipped. When we return the goods to the shop they refuse to accept it and claim that she was given the goods in good order. Area Manager was contacted on the phone and refused to talk to us on the phone saying he is not at work. The Manager claims that the cashier and my wife checked the goods together whereas the cashier only checked the goods in front of my wife. We have to call the national office and we don't have airtime and this issue can't be solved. We left the goods at the store and we will call the National Manager to interven.
