I have been calling the call centre for more than ten times already with regard to my ITC being updated.
I have requested for them to clear the amount they are saying I am owing as I have proof that I don't which I had already sent to them long time ago. But each time a call the call centre I am being put on hold for more than 15 minutes your agents saying they are checking the progress of the case but come back with nothing.
I have wasted money emails and faxes in order to get this resolved but failed. Unfortunately this is now affecting my credit as I am unable to get another job because of the bad name in ITC
I called your call centre again today and requested to speak to the Manager but Kouthar advised he will call me back.
