Up to now I have had very good service from MTN but recently I am having EXTREMELY poor service from the call centre!! I have been trying to contact the call centre to find out my billing info and the amount owing but I have been on hold for more than 45 minutes!! All I want is the amount so I can pay my phone so I am not blocked for outgoing calls! MTN is very quick to block my phone but not very quick to answer their calls! I have been calling almost everyday to get this info but am on hold FOREVER! I've even tried accessing my account online but it tells me my pin is invalid, I can't even sort that out! Please may you sort this out, this is very very annoying!
