Terrible service throughout the process

So disappointed with service received from DSTV:
- Long process to get setup
- Website errors when setting up billing
- Long waits to speak to operators (annoying automated call centre)
- Billing failed to go through and was cut off after successfully setting up a recurring credit card payment through the website.
- Failed to get any response through a twitter compliant made.
- Was told that they are unable to get a manager to call me back.
- Unable to speak to an operator through call centre to sort out payment issues when I was put into an loop in the call centre telling me I have an overdue balance.
