I wanted to buy a washing machince that was sold out in all Hyperstores, the Princess crossing branch called Northgate and spoke to Herman Mothutlwane (hope I got the surname right) who said there was only 1 left. He agreed to try all he could to keep it for me.
When I got there, my car was too small to load the machine, Herman tried all he could to load it but my car did not allow him. He did not leave me there to struggle alone, he kept the machine with security as he had to get back to work, he kept checking if I was sorted. When I finally got the bakkie, he was there to help load it and make sure I was OK. What a great service. Herman, O BOSSO Boss.
