Bad Service by Liberty Mall Midlands

Dear CNA
I came in the store looking for my stationery, since the arrangement inside store, was not set correctly it was all up and down. I went in the store looking and comparing the prices for my stationery then went out.
I then decided to go inside again in the store since I trust CNA and was my store and prefer it, I picked up things to buy which was FILES, ERASER, AND THREE HARD COVERS.
When I reach the till the EFT machine was not working PROPERLY for CARDS so, I had to go and withdraw the money to pay I left my things with the cashier. However, the security named Xolani who was working for shift 27 June 2013 around 15h00 stopped me, telling me that the cameras are suspecting that I something. And accused me of and calling me a (according to South African Constitution Rights a person is not guilty until proved guilty), and said I must wait in the backroom and I waited there for quite sometime and he came and searched me telling me I something and I let him do his JOB and didn't find anything. I went out to the ATM to withdraw money and came back only to find out that the cameras screen was not working. I paid my t hings and went out disappointed
