I went to an edgars store with my mother yesterday and unfortunately I lost my phone while I was shopping and only realised when I got home. I immediately called the store to find out if anyone had found a phone and was told that I should come into the store today so that the control people can check the cameras and try to locate it for me. When I got there today I was told that they can't check the cameras for me and since their renovations their cameras haven't been working. I was shocked and disappointed to hear that since this should've been communicated to me yesterday when I called, they didn't even seem bothered about the fact that i was in distress and offered no assistance whatsoever in helping me find the phone. I had to ask them to at least contact me if anyone finds it. I'm really disappointed in edgars and their level of empathy towards customers!
