I had a problem with the bakery supplying us with an order of 9 dozen foot long rolls. When we eventually got the rolls it was more like hotdog rolls than foot long rolls. I complained to the Customer care line and within minutes I got a call back from the GM of the store Daniel. He sorted out the problem. With managers like Daniel in a store I would always go back as he actually cares about the customer and goes that extra mile to keep the customer happy. Thank you Daniel!!!
