During May, 2013, several emails were forwarded requesting a copy of the Store Card. Eventually the copy arrived AFTER the monthly payment was processed.
To date NO Store Card NOR Loan Statement/Billings has as yet been emailed, but Woolworths are QUICK to send an SMS advising that the Loan repayment will be deducted 1 July 2013.
If this is the service provided it is worth reporting this to the Consumer Council for action and in addition will advise friends of this type of service.
