Dear Mr Price
I recently applied online for an account. As part of my application, I specifically indicated I did NOT want lost card protection or balance protection on the account. But what happens? One day after I activate my account at a store, I'm getting marketing calls wanting to sell me both.
And when I tell the person phoning that I do not want the product, as I clearly indicated on the application, she wanted me to explain why I didn't want the products. Its none of your business why I don't want it! She then insisted on trying to get me to buy the product!
This is NOT a good way to start a business relationship. If you continue harassing me, I will close my account immediately.
