I bought a Polar sports watch from Mr Price Sport last week and the "incompetent" staff member told that I can bring back the watch no questions asked, I can even swim with it and bring it back... I brought it back this Monday because I had a problem with the GPS. I told them that I don't want the product anymore, and they told me that they don't do refunds on the POLAR products. I had to wait almost a week for the rep to come... The thing that got me is that after telling me from the Incompetent staff member that I can bring the product back, the manager tells me that I cant. I'm sorry that is bull and not my [URL Removed] must start to train there staff on the products they sell because they will tell u anything to sell a product. I will not buy from Mr Price Sport AGAIN... They lost a customer... Yet another JOKE from a Company in South Africa..."KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS"
