I bought a dress for my customer who lives in Pretoria. She intended exchanging it for a smaller size, but was unable to till now (3 weeks later). We wrongly assumed that there was still time to exchange, ONLY TO FIND OUT NOW that the exchange policy is: 1. No refunds 2. No exchanges after 7 days 3. Exchange done only at store where item was bought. I went to the store to find out if I could speak to the owner or manager or anyone with more authority than the salespeople at the store, because I found it difficult to accept that there's nothing THEY can do to help me resolve my dilemma. I was told that the owner/ manager/s didn't want their details given out to complaining customers, which I found unacceptable, disappointing and cowardly. I think that they should rather put up a BIG NOTICE in-store at the till & in fitting rooms summarising the 3 exchange policy issues above; and they should ensure that the sales staff inform clients before they buy.
