On the 22nd June 2013 I took my PS3 System in for repairs/replacement to the N1 City store because it was Faulty and the software seemed to be corrupt. It's been a week now I haven't heard any response from the company and this is my second claim I'm scared I might have to go through the stress I encountered when I logged my first claim. I was informed by the store that the console would have to be replaced but now it's a week but no response yet. I understand the store has a 21 Day repair policy but if the device is not going to be repaired then why should I wait for 21 days. When i bought the item on credit I even took the extended warranty but from what I was told @ the store sounded like the direct opposite. Can HiFi tell me how soon can this issue be resolved as I do not need to go through the same trouble I went through the first time.
