Don't get me wrong, Cape Union Mart is my favourite store and their in store customer service is superb. The one pet peeve is whenever I need to phone their Tygervalley store, there is never someone to answer.
It took me 4 hours of repeated calls this week to get hold of someone for assistance. In the end I got feedback of the product, but it shouldn't have taken this long.
Perhaps their store is super busy or the phone is hidden away somewhere? They seriously need to fix this issue.
