I went to Truworths the 22 of June. I bought underwears and I was with my daughter who was in a pram. When I was leaving they security asked that they such me, I refused told him and I have had my account with for 7years and I have never been searched. He then said that is the procedure I must call someone who is working as a sales department. I told the guy that I go to canal walk have never been searched, he said canal walk and Gugulethu is not the same, I said the different is that there is just black people. He said that when you are a you its not written in your forehead but eventually the security said I can go, as I was leaving the guy said ndineshori, i reserved& went back to the store&said excuse me he said uneshori which mean bad attitude. I asked for his name&to call his manager he declined.i went to look for the manager and she said that Guguletu is high risk hence the do search people, I told her if there was a note on the window I would not go in as I do not appreciate being searched. She asked the guy to apologise and he did. I don't want him fired want him to be given customer service training and today I have closed my account of 6 years not because of him
