IRRITATING CALLS AND SMS's

I had an account at electric express, i PAID the installments, due for 6 months, finished the account, end of Feb 2013, to date I received at least 15 calls a day and at least 3 sms's a day, saying i still owe for a month I have sent the paperwork and receipts to a Rugaya, as well as to the queries dep, malmesbury tells me it's customer care and visa vesa, nonsense, someone is not doing there work, a contract was set up a month before we went to the shop, that woman was actually fired, then I was told the system changed and therefore the debits did not go off, that month but will resume the following month, the bottom line is I paid the amount due IN 6 MONTHS, so WHAT AMOUNT IS OUTSTANDING, now if this is how they treat customers who get R40 000 credit at a time, then they can keep there credit.

I refuse to purchase at electric express again
