Hi, i have purchase goods from Electric Express shop in Newcastle and i have paid the up until to the last month they said the contract will be, but i have call in the shop on the 29-06-2013 to settle my account. when i got there the other lady said to me the sttlement amount is R615.78 and the company have alredy deducted an omount of R492.00 and she said i have to wait until the 7th of July so that the a different will show on their system.
Today i have called the shop again and spoke to Makhosi who was not nice to me obviously she just work but she does not know about traet your customer fairly. According the new customer at you are supposed to pay your installments up to the period the contacts states. But clearlly i think eleectric express is reaping me off. Today they told me that i am owing R350 of which is going to be more then what was agreed on the contract and she is giving me the attitude about why am i not getting statements and fior that againg i have been fighthing with E/E until i gave up.
Now i want to settle them one lady told me that i owe the R190 so how come now i am owing the R350.
