23 April called their service department, reporting that rotisserie is not working on oven. Told by Sam that it would take a week to come from JHB. Called again on 3 May - they were still waiting for the part. Called again on 16 May. Sam told me the motor should be in CT by 20th. 7 June I called Sam again. She made an excuse that there was a problem with the motor that was supposed to have come from JHB. She said she would sort it out. I made an appointment with her for first thing morning of 11 June. I waited for Rodger. Nobody showed. He called me at 10h30 after I had by then given up and left, to ask when he could come. I told him that I had been expecting him at 8am that morning and I had now left. I told him I could meet him the next day at 16h30. He said he would call me the next morning to confirm. I never heard from him. 18 June - Rodger called and asked if anyone was at home, he is in the area. I said I was at work. He asked about friday. I said friday at 4pm. He didn't seem very keen. I said then a saturday morning? He said he would get Sam to call me. Its now 2 months later and my oven has still not been repaired. Their service is beyond useless.
