Took my car in to bmw alpina boksburg Friday 15 June for a service. when I collected the vehicle it had a deep scratch on the left fender. Spoke to Louis the service manager he said he is really sorry about the scratch and he will get it sorted out. he told me to bring it the vehicle on Friday morning 21 June. Took my vehicle on Friday morning but the panel beater didn't pitch up. Louis gave me the panel beaters details so I called him and he said he would be at my place on Monday 24 June morning to sort out. Mark the panelbeater didn't pitch up. So I called again today still no response. is this the kind of pathetic service from bmw
