I bought an Ltd top on the 01/06/2013 at Cresta Mall in Johannesburg. The top is my size which is 40. I came back home and i have worn it once and the top hasn't been washed. The top is ridiculously stretched and it is so big and very unappealing. It looks like a size 42 especially wrist and the waist part. I wont be able to wear that top again because that material is cheap. I went and complained about the quality of the material and I was attended by Jackie (Cash Desk Consultant) who then called a Manager by the name of Thulani. He asked one of the sales person on the floor to bring the very same top so that he can match it to the one I brought back. Unfortunately no one came with the top to match. He then changed and told me that there is nothing he can do for me because the top has been worn and the material is elastic and it stretches, I must wash it it will go back to its originality. I told him no I am not interested they must take their top back to their supplier and credit my account. He refused and i told him Iam going to complaim and he said I must do so. I feel as a client he did not have time to listen to my complaint but he was busy protecting his company & his j
