Poor after service

Fault logged for side by side fridge/freezer and Solardome Microwave to you guys in March 2013.
Faults logged as: 1) fridge/freezer - the icemaker jams and frost forming; 2) solardome - once option is selected, the machine just stands still with a humming noise without performing the required function.
The technicians have been to my place to inspect and repair numerous times and have not been able to resolve the problem, it was also implied that I was wasting their time calling them out when there was no actual fault until I took a clip of the defect on the microwave. Both the appliances have been stripped and put back together. It is now four months later and there is still no resolution, despite calls and emails. There is no consistency on comms from Makro. Head Office agent mentioned that replacement / credit upon 3rd attempt and another agent says they will fix until the items are repaired. Credibility of LG buyer and Makro returns questioned.
Expected quality and after service, though neither has been received!
Required response: Don't apologise because it is no inconvenience to you, replace these items or take them back!
