SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE

My mother bought a Hyundai Atos in 2010 from Hyundai, Diep River, Western Cape, South Africa. When the sales person, Sean Williams, was sticking the number plate on with double sided tape, I raised my eyebrows and questioned this. 'It's the new thing, ' he said. Apparently, traditional brackets and screws are redundant. This would explain why number plates are so frequently ripped off and used on cars these days.
In December 2013 my mother's number plate fell off. Fortunately, it fell off at home. My mother phoned Hyundai, Diep River, to ask if they could put it on. They agreed.
Regrettably, it was a very shoddy job. The surface was not cleaned and new tape was just stuck over the old tape.
No surprise when the number plate fell off in January 2014. At this time my mother was seriously ill in hospital and I endeavoured to sort it out on her behalf.
On Monday, 14 January 2014, I phoned Hyundai, Diep River. I spoke to Liezel requesting a replacement number plate. She said she would phone me back. She did not.
