No, the medical aid doesn't want to pay all the funds, so Direct Medicines doesn't let me know in advance. So my medication runs out.
Get your act together. It's been 3 years of hassles. Last December, I had to call between N1 Clicks and Direct Medicines because it's not their responsibility when medication goes missing. An entire December without medication that I couldn't order again, because it came off of my medication for the month.
