Complaints not being addressed

I purchased a bed with the above mentioned store about 7mths ago. The base of the bed was damaged within a week. I have made numerous efforts of getting the store to address this matter, and up to now 7mths later nothing has been done. I would appreciate if this could be addressed immediately as I cannot be making payment for damaged goods.
