Product too expensive for nothing

I bought a Smegg Oven and Hop in December 2012, March 2013 the Oven broke, The sales agent Abey was sent to my house to repair, he was very arrogant saying we must stop playing with the oven, It was fixed. June 2013 the Hop just cracked while cooking giving a huge bang noise and a spark and a chip. The hop crack ran across the Hop. He (Abey) came threw a tantrum to my helper telling her something fell on it. He then called me this morning to tell me I have to pay R3220 for the Hop, I asked him what for he told me for the crack because he saw what happened the time it cracked. I asked him if it is any possible for any person to see what happened in their absence he screamed at me and hang up. Smegg seems to be an expensive attractive product but of no good quality, maybe Abey is tired of repairs because I do not understand why such a beautiful expensive product can just give in. He is very rude, defencive and irate. on this two occasions I think there is something very wrong??? ; I love the product BUT??? As for Abey he need extensive costumer service training or in-service education.
